About the book:
Tunglið braust inn í húsið is a collection of translated poems, selected and translated by Gyrðir Elíasson. The poets are 36, and they come from around the world, the oldest one is the Chinese poet Tao Tsien from the fourth century, and the youngest, Jane Hirshfield from the U.S.A. is born in 1953.
